Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for customers in Canada and the United States.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
